The EMU is comprised of two components: our XAPR printer and our APRCell post-processing and testing unit. Together, they give you everything you need to print, post-process, and test metal parts in the field or the factory—reducing your reliance on supply chains.

Phaser nozzle

Our unique rocket nozzle accelerates air up to three to four times the speed of sound, using kinetic energy to bind powders together to form a high-density metal part.

Automation software

Our unique TwinAPR software automates the Cold Spray Additive Manufacturing (CSAM) tool path, enabling you to rapidly manufacture durable metal parts directly from your CAD files.
